Warranty Overview

Coverage for defects in materials and workmanship.

Marine RoadGuard warrants its Windshield Protection System to the original purchaser for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal intended use.

This warranty applies only to products purchased directly from Marine RoadGuard or through an authorized sales channel and used in accordance with the intended purpose of the product.

Warranty Term

1-Year Limited Warranty from the original date of purchase.

Applies To

The original purchaser of the Marine RoadGuard product.

Warranty Remedy

At its discretion, Marine RoadGuard may repair, replace, or otherwise resolve a valid warranty claim based on the condition of the product and the nature of the issue.

What Is Covered

Issues related to product build quality and manufacturing defects.

This Limited Warranty is intended to cover defects that arise from manufacturing or workmanship issues, not misuse or external damage events.

Coverage May Include

  • Defects in marine-grade outer fabric materials
  • Defects in stitching or workmanship
  • Manufacturing-related hardware issues
  • Structural defects related to the intended construction of the product
  • Material failures that occur under normal intended use
What Is Not Covered

Situations outside normal intended use or outside Marine RoadGuard’s control.

Because the product is used in real-world transport conditions, it is important to distinguish between defects in the product itself and issues caused by installation, misuse, unsupported applications, impact events, or neglect.

Warranty Exclusions

  • Improper installation or improper use
  • Use on unsupported or unconfirmed boat configurations
  • Damage caused by accidents, towing incidents, or abnormal transport conditions
  • External impact events, debris strikes, or road hazards
  • Product modifications or unauthorized repairs
  • Normal wear and tear, cosmetic fading, or appearance changes that do not affect product function
  • Improper storage, neglect, or lack of reasonable care
  • Any claim for windshield damage or other property damage beyond the Marine RoadGuard product itself
Important Limitation

Designed to reduce risk, not eliminate all transport-related exposure.

Marine RoadGuard is designed as a windshield protection system intended to help reduce exposure to transport-related force, debris, and impact. However, no protective product can guarantee prevention of all windshield damage under all transport conditions.

For that reason, this warranty applies to the Marine RoadGuard product itself and does not constitute a guarantee against any and all glass damage, transport incidents, or external loss events.
